Indian Sign Language (ISL) Training Program - At Bajaj Institute of Learning, we welcome learners of all backgrounds whether you are new to sign language or looking to enhance your communication skills. Our immersive Indian Sign Language environment fosters seamless learning, making it easy to connect, engage and grow within an inclusive community. With our introductory and advanced Indian Sign Language programs, no prior experience is required-just willingness to learn and embrace a more accessible world.
In our pursuit of inclusion of the Deaf in the society, BIL has conducted Indian Sign Language classes for the following in the last few years: -
  • ● Parents and extended families of deaf children.
  • ● More than 200 teachers of Government Schools of Uttarakhand
  • ● Information Technology Development Agency, Govt. of Uttarakhand, through initiative named ‘Badhte Kadam’
  • ● IAS trainees of ‘Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration’, Mussoorie
  • ● Doctors, nurses and functionaries of various organizations employing the deaf such as Titan (TATA).
  • ● Contribution to ISL Dictionary: We take pride in the fact that our ex-students, now teachers at BIL, are invited annually to contribute new words to the Indian Sign Language (ISL) dictionary at the Sign Language Research and Training Centre (ISLRTC), New Delhi
  • ● NCERT-CBSE ISL Translation Initiative: We applaud the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for translating school textbooks into ISL. Our team of deaf and special educator teachers are actively involved in supporting this initiative.
