Established in 1999, the Bajaj Institute of Learning (BIL), nestled in Dehradun, engaged in providing free education and vocational training to the hearing impaired children from all over the country. BIL has evolved into a premier institution with hostel facility, providing comprehensive and free education to over 155 Deaf students annually, from pre-primary to standard 12th.
Bajaj Institute of Learning (BIL) under the auspices of Development Education for Empowerment of the Disadvantaged in Society (DEEDS), our parent organization dedicated to the welfare of the Deaf community. DEEDS is an NGO focused on Educating, Empowering, Uplifting & Rehabilitating the deaf community in India.

DEEDS – Deeds Public Charitable Trust was established with the mission of empowering disadvantaged communities in India, with a special focus on the Deaf Community. Over the years, DEEDS has transformed and facilitated suitable job placements for 2,000 Deaf youth. Committed to accessible education, DEEDS provides completely free education to Deaf students, delivering lessons in English through Indian Sign Language. In the past two decades, the organization has positively impacted 17,700 lives. Our vision is to help the Deaf community move beyond mere survival to leading independent and fulfilling lives.
